We offer flexible shipping to get your favorite items to you when you need them! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, but here are our standard options:
- Economy Shipping: $6.99 (Estimated 5-8 business days)
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 (Estimated 3-4 business days)
- Express Shipping: $10.99 (Estimated 1-2 business days—available on select items only)
Returns
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we sell and intentional seek our high quality prints. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we stand by our products against manufacturing and printing defects.
Eligibility Window
You have 25 days from the date you receive your order to contact us via email to report an issue and initiate a refund request.
Returns for Quality and Damages Only
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or that have clearly defined quality control issues. This includes:
- Damaged Items: The item was broken, torn, or clearly damaged upon arrival.
- Print Quality Issues: The graphic is visibly misaligned, faded, peeling, or otherwise defective (e.g., a mug print is blurred).
We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s Remorse: You simply changed your mind.
- Sizing Issues: You ordered the wrong size (we encourage customers to check our size charts before purchasing).
Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them to be eligible for a quality review.
How to Initiate a Refund
If you have a quality issue or received a damaged item, please follow these steps:

- Provide Photos: Attach clear photographs of the item showing the damage or print quality issue.
- Explain the Issue: Briefly describe the problem and state whether you prefer a Full Refund or Store Credit.
Upon reviewing the images, we will notify you of our decision. This is a small business, so please allow 24 hours for a response.
Refunds, Credit, and Shipping
- Resolution: If your return is approved based on the documented damage or quality issue, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, based on your preference.
- Shipping Costs: If a return is necessary to resolve the quality issue, we will cover the return shipping costs.
